Running Club is open to students interested in exploring the sport of running in a fun, supportive environment. Students in kindergarten through sixth grade are welcome to participate; however, students in kindergarten and first grade are required to have a parent run with them. In addition to running, students will be introduced to proper warm-up, cool down, and stretching techniques, as well as healthy and safe running skills.
When: Monday & Wednesday (August-September), 3:15-4:00 p.m.*
*Running club may be offered again in the Spring to prepare students for the Annual Jog-A-Thon Fundraiser.
